Do you have a connection with a different time? I swear I must have had great times in a past life during the 1950's. I am IN LOVE with things from the 50's, mostly things not so much the oppression or hairdos or rampant racism. But my god the 1950's kitchen just gets me going!! I'm dying for a chrome formica table for my kitchen (preferably turquoise). Would you just look at this! ahh! All of this makes me start thinking about mid-century modern which will have to be saved for another post. I also love things from before the 50's, there's just something about old stuff that I love love love. You can hold it in your hand and wonder what it's past life was, did it live in a kithen with a chrome turquoise table? I can only hope.
